You are looking at a vintage American Flyer Pike Planning Kit. This one comes with the tool and the instructions as well as the box AND THE ORIGINAL INSERT.
Box is included but shows signs of wear such as rubs, tears, writing, and tape repairs. The tool and insert still look nice! Overall, a pretty nice speciman.
You do not often find these with the insert. The tool looks like new.
This is a neat Flyer collectible to have in the display case. But it is also a useful tool!
