You are looking at an HO gauge kit of three townhouses ready to put together.
This is an HO Scale unassembled model kit of three townhouses by Faller of Germany. Also called Romerberg-Ostzeile Frankfurt AM.
I believe they but out two versions of this kit (so that you could have six different townhouses), so even if you think you have this one make sure it is or is not the same!
The kit contains:

- half timber stickers
- Detailed instructions for each building
- Made in Germany
- NO glue included
CONDITION: Outer box shows shelfwear, softness and some creases. The inner boxes are crisper. Parts all appear to still be on sprues. All instructions present. Pictures show it ALL.
