You are looking at a beautiful American Flyer accessory from 1952, the Glendale Station and Newstand. Great with S, which it was made for, or O!
This is one of those fantastic wooden buildings made of presswood by MiniCraft for American Flyer. These buildings look fantastic on the layout--the more the better. This one is the classic presswood base and Masonite sides. Check out the super cool advertisements on the walls.
This one has all the vintage advertisements as well as the passenger on one of the benches.
The CONDITION of this one is cosmetically excellent as it looks very sharp. All ads are present. There IS some light wear here and there from general handling. The advertisements all look good. Clean. Posts look stained--probably factory. There are a few speck on the roof of something that might clean off, mostly on one end. Overall very clean and looks complete.
