You are looking at a vintage 751A operating log loader.
This is the accessory where you can load logs onto a waiting car or gondola (car not included). Comes with the marbled version of the controller which is a little harder to find and a lot more attractive to look at!
This is the updated version from 1951 with the solenoid underneath that pushes the cradle mechanism upwards.

This is a great accessory for both S AND O.
CONDITION: C-7. Serviced and working. Looks good. DOES have some scratches and paint nicks here and there. With MARBLED version controller. With logs. Windows are all here; some may be repro, but they look exact.
