CONDITION: C-7. Engine looks good. Tested and runs. Smokes. Headlight is not coming on--may need a new bulb. Runs both directions, but sounds like it could use some lubrication. Has some tissue paper residue on the back of the tender, pictured. Overall, it is a good looking engine and tender.
