You are looking at a beautiful example of a modern Lionel-made version of a postwar classic. This is the 1990's release of the old 494 Rotating Beacon Tower in excellent condition with an original box, tower, beacon, and metal ring. This is the one that works off of transformer power, so YOU can set how slow or fast you run it! So much easier than the old 394 that operated off of the heat of the bulb.
This is a MODERN remake of the aluminum version originally made 1950-53.
CONDITION: Looks new to like new. Open box, so I cannot say it is NEW, so listed as LIKE NEW C8. Tested and works. With box, which is in good shape. Please enlarge the photos to see it all.
