This is a great classic model railroading item. This is the HO scale Campbell #394 Hamilton's Dinghies wood kit. It is great for any of your classic railroading and railroad layout needs. It is an impressive HO scale building.
This building is a great water-side building, such as a wharf. As created, it is a boat builder's shop on the waterfront. However, you can use it HOWEVER you want. Would be great on a hillside, for example--any place where you need a building with a sloped landscaped. I have also seen people use the kit to make two SEPARATE buildings.
Campbell put together good stuff--some nice quality kits for the serious model railroader. These are craftsman level kits like they don't make any longer. Nice wood kit, ready for assembly, paint and/or weathering.

It comes with the parts and instructions you see in the pictures. Also comes with the original box. Note that sometimes the pictures on Campbell kits have other things in the stock photo such as cars or people. Those extras do not come with the kit unless otherwise noted.
CONDITION: C-6+. The kit is complete. Cardstock $1 has some age-related discoloration. There is an extra corrugated aluminum (804).
The BOX is present with peeling and discoloration.
