You are looking at a really useful book. This is Greenberg's Guide to Lionel Trains 1901-1942 Volume IV: Prewar Sets . This book is chock full of information about collecting those pre World War 2 trains. Do you like to arrange your cars into sets? Are you trying to fill in missing pieces? Then you NEED this book!! You'll also find EIGHT helpful appendices that organize sets by locomotive, passenger cars, freight cars, tender/loco combos and sets as catalogued in the Sears Catalogs.

CONDITION: C-5+. Used. Outer edges of covers show evidence of handling and perusal. A few very small creases on cover, hard to see, but there. Spine shows a little wear. No marks or writing inside. With original revision insert sheet. Back 12 pages or so show evidence of moisture warpage at the top outer corner. A few sheets are stuck together from the moisture, so you will want to separate.
