This is an original item from the 1940s-50s. This is a neat EARLY Japan amde wooden battery operated speedboat. I believe it is an Ito, based on the other items in the collection.
I like this one because of the distinctive paint scheme with the brown lines on deck and the sleek look for a 13" boat. It also comes with the TMY motor which is an upgrade from the stock motors.
This one measures 13" long x 4" wide and 3.5" tall.
If you collect vintage model or toy boats, Japanese battery powered motor boats, or even model boats, this is one for you.
CONDITION: C-5. For restoration. With TMY motor, tested and working. Motor tested with direct power, not with battery since the battery compartment and wiring needs attention. You can see the motor is not attached to the propeller rod. Cosmetically, has paint chips, cracks, discoloration, oxidation, and a split. Also missing some cosmetic parts. All pictured No box.
