BUYER NOTE regarding COUPLER height: If you are buying to operate with a specific engine, be sure you know that prewar couplers came in two flavors: low and high. The 2900 series semi-scale freight cars came with the low couplers. If you want to measure to be sure, or you do not know, send us a message with your engine number, and we can tell you what it should have. The 2900 cars in general came with low couplers. Of course, if it is going on the shelf, it does not matter.
CONDITION: Somewhere between C5 and C6. The decals are somewhat chipped, but they are original. There is oxidation to the handrails and underneath. Handrail is bent in one area. The car is complete. Underneath the car, one truck is missing the flat bottom cover. Darkened journal boxes.
