A Beautiful Resoration
Here is a neat item that would be perfect with any of your 18" standard gauge. This is a fantasy piece of sorts. This is a restoration of a DINING CAR complete with original detailed interior and light. However, rather than go with the more traditional 400 series color schemes, the person who restored this car painted it in the more classic two-tone Brown of the State Car series.
This two-tone brown car is a remake of the #431 Diner. It really is the best of both worlds as you have a beauty of a car that you can run without fear of ruining a prewar classic. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL CAR with ORIGINAL INTERIOR but repainted and redecalled. I believe the trucks are original.
