TESTED AND WORKING
You are looking at a standard Lionel starter set transformer from the late 1980's and into the 1990's.  This one has been tested here at Lone Star Trains and is doing everything it should.  It was made 1985-91, 1994-96.

This one features:
  • 7-19 VAC
