This unit has had the Train America Studios Board added so that you can run this one with your traditional power OR with your Lionel Train Master Command Control. I believe the upgrade was done about ten years ago or so (not by us). We went through it and checked everything on the inside, cleaned it up and made any modifications needed for better operation, such as the antenna. Tested and working.
