You are looking at a Lionel New York Central Extended Vision caboose, illuminated. This one was issued in 1985 as part of a limited edition freight set. This was one of the first extended vision cabooses that Lionel produced.
These cabooses are large and look great with the traditional Lionel OR the Standard O such as Atlas O, MTH Premier, etc. Features the red and gray Pacemaker livery. This is one good looking caboose.
