I DON'T THINK YOU WILL FIND IT MUCH CLEANER!!!
You are looking at one of the more sought after Lionel pieces: the BAKELITE lighted platform, Lionel's first go around with the lighted platform. This one looks great and is complete, and the patina on the paint is still sharp. Just a few dot sized paint in a few places, but really and truly, this one is amazingly clean.
The tin advertising signs on this are Sunoco Dynafuel, Baby Ruth candy bar, Rival dog food, and Lionel Chem-Lab. The fence is all here and in great shape.
It has Dimensions: 12 inches long, 3-1/4 inches wide, 5-1/8 inches high.
PLUS this one has the original BOX and cardboard CRADLE INSERT. The BOX looks great with just a little bit of softness on the corners. The insert tray is in great shape and makes it so much easier to take in and out of the box.
CONDITION: Strong C-7+. Great shiny patina on base. Nice roof. Clean and boxed. Complete. With a very clean and crisp insert cradle to further protect it. Box is complete but does show wear in the form of softness, corner wear, and a few tears, all pictured for you.
