You are looking at a VINTAGE Lionel 3927 track cleaning car in working condition and generally clean cosmetic condition. Comes with a copy of the original instructions. Bottles are originals that have the tops that open.
This unit has nice lettering and clean metal railing. The pads have been replaced for you, so they are new. As you know, you need to hook this one up to a car or train to be pulled. The track cleaning mechanism is motorized on these, and generally a little loud like most of Lionel's postwar motorized units. The lever works to turn it on and off.
As you also probably know, while these are REALLY NEAT cars, they are not the best solution for cleaning track. Not too bad for routine maintence, but not the best for cleaning really dirty track.
