You are looking at a Lionel 6-16790 Bobbing Rhino car. This one features design for the Endangered Species Tour Transport. The Rhino sticks his head out of the top of the car as the car goes around the track. It all happens thanks to a gear on the truck (much like the old Marx design) that goes around and pushes the head up and down.
Kids love to see the Rhino peeking out of the car! Great piece to add to your ZOO cars or Circus train.
