You are looking at a super MTH item from Mike's Train House. This is the GE Evolution steel caboose from 2015 in the desirable and interesting blue livery of the General Electric Evolution diesel engine. This is a cool and colorful Rail King Line caboose that was released with the GE Evolution diesel engine, but it would look great with any consist.
Of course, MTH cars are fully compatible with Lionel, Atlas O, K-Line, Marx, Williams, and other three rail O gauge cars.
