You are looking at a really cool O gauge passenger car. This one was sold as a single car add-on for the Rail King Texas Special passenger set they had put out around 2012. But you can add it to any of your MTH Rail King Texas Special, MKT, KATY, Frisco and more.
This car is RARELY offered for sale! I had a difficult time researching this one. It is possible it is a limited run or custom, but it looks factory to me.
MTH has released a few different Texas Special sets in different liveries over the years. THIS ONE is the RED and WHITE set that looks good behind the postwar-styled red and white F units. Most sets are aluminum and red. THIS one actually matches your postwar F3 and all the ones after that have white on the.

This car is an MTH Rail King release, but it looks like a nice sized large O car. It does need a minimum of 0-31.
