This is a great classic model railroading item. This is the HO scale Campbell #398 Doctor's Office wood kit. It is great for any era going way back. This is the doctor's office you need in your small town or rural stop.
The Office living quarters is a combination of stone side and back walls, with false front and garage added and built of horizontal lap siding. The Office is roofed with Profile Shingles and the garage with corrugated metal. The turn of the century carpentry added many trim items, corbels, railings and moldings giving the building character of its own. Its size is about 3-5/8 x 5 x 4-1/4 inches tall.
This is a vintage model railroading item, something you do not see for sale very often.
Campbell put together good stuff--some nice quality kits for the serious model railroader. These are craftsman level kits like they don't make any longer. Nice wood kit, ready for assembly, paint and/or weathering.
We have gone through it and in our opinion this kit is complete.
This one makes the doctor's office you see pictured on the instructions. It comes with the parts and instructions you see in the pictures. Also comes with the original box.
CONDITION: C-7+. Complete. With instructions which show some age related discoloration. The box shows some shelfwear such as scratches, yellowing, rubs and sticker residue.
