Here is an original American Flyer O gauge prewar flat car carrying a fantastic load of shiny ande colorful Christmas Drums.

This one is from 1938, and came in a few different variations.

The knuckle couplers on this car were a one-year experiment by Flyer to compete with Lionel. In fact, these sheet metal couplers can mate with the postwar Lionel knuckle and even many tab and slot style couplers.

CONDITION: C-6+. Clean, has some scratches and paint rubs. Complete. Nice trucks and Curly Q couplers (aka sheet metal knuckle). Decals are mostly complete. Load is colorful shiny Christmas Drums. Pictures are part of the description.
