Our Return Policy

We stand behind our service to you 100%. If there is a problem with your order, we will take care of you.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item in order to return it.

If you receive an item that is

  • damaged,
  • incorrectly described,
  • lost in shipping or
  • not the item you ordered,

then Lone Star Trains will pay for return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.

We will accept returns within 30 days for other reasons, but in those cases, return shipping will be your responsibility and original shipping will not be refunded. If the item is returned in lesser condition than shipped, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.

The amount will be refunded upon our receipt and inspection of the item.
