Our Return Policy

We stand behind our service to you. If there is a problem with your order, we will take care of you.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item in order to return it.

If you receive an item that is

  • damaged,
  • incorrectly described,
  • lost in shipping or
  • not the item you ordered,

then Lone Star Trains will pay for return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.

We will accept returns within 30 days for other reasons, but in those cases, return shipping will be your responsibility. If the item is returned in lesser condition than shipped (e.g. a new item which has been opened), a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.

The amount will be refunded upon our receipt of the item.
