DISCONTINUED by Walthers
Here is a new in the box unbuilt kit for the double track truss bridge.
The truss-type bridge is among the most common railroad styles. Early designs date to the 1820s, when wood was standard. As trains became heavier, cast-iron and wood were used. The development of the Bessemer process made steel bridges possible. This kit is typical of steel bridges throughout North America. Trusses, chords and bridge shoes, plus safety sign and graffiti decals, are included.
15 x 5 x 4-1/4"
37.5 x 12.5 x 10.6cm;
Vert 2-7/8"
Track Centers 2-3
