You're looking at the red variation of the Operating Searchlight Car No. 6822 with white heat stamp lettering. The searchlight superstructure that was placed on top of this car was lettered "TRACK / MAINTENANCE" and also had simulated shovels, oxygen tanks, wire rolls and a worker.
There are a few versions of this car. Usually the version with the black searchlight housing has a gray base. The other common version has the gray searchlight housing and a black base.
THIS BASE IS A TAUPE/KHAKI COLOR. Not sure if it is a uniform fade, an old repirstation replacement, or what. Interesting to have a different version nonetheless. Make sure you have all the versions.
CONDTION: C-7. There is some glue on the worker; lettering on side is nice.
