You are looking at a Lionel automatic coal dump car in the very cool dark red livery of the Santa Fe Railroad line. This one is not a color you see as often as the others.
This car came in a set only, and Lionel incorrectly listed the car as Rio Grande on the box. It is obviously Santa Fe ATSF. Pretty neat.
