SCARCE ORANGE PICTURE BOX WITH PAPER LABELS AND BLUE PRINT!

You are looking at a Boston and Maine boxcar in Lionel's highly collectible 6464 series. This car came in a few shades of blue. This one is closest to dark blue in my opinion. Check out all the pics to see.
This car and box date to 1961-64 as that is the era of this non-perforated orange picture box. AND CHECK OUT THE NEAT PAPER LABELS ON THE ENDS. The BOX itself is numbered 6464-930 on an end flap.
The car came in a variety of versions, so make sure you have all of them.

CONDITION: C-8 looks like new. The car does not look handled, the the print is crisp, and the bottom is clean. Cannot imagine finding newer looking. There are two small spots where the blue plastic is white--just above a step on one end and same on the other end. Tried to picture, but so small, it was hard to do.
The BOX is the scarce orange picture box without perforations and WITH the paper labels on both ends and the info printed in blue. Box shows shelfwear and some age related fade to the orange. BOX has some creases and paper rubs as pictured. One end label has some writing on it. Complete.
