This one is from 2000, and was as popular then as now. It is a neat animated car with the welder who moves to and from his welding work.
As the car rolls down the tracks, the busy worker moves towards the fifth-wheel trailer stanchion to begin his welding. Once there, he starts "welding," and a brilliant blue light shines from inside the stanchion, reflecting off the welder's silver mask. His motion is generated from the movement of the car, so there is no need for any remote controls to make the welder operate.

CONDITION: C8, like new with box. Has been on the rails, but looks great. Tested and works. BOX shows a little shelfwear in the form of corner and edgewear. The interior plastic case has age-related discoloration.
