You are looking at a colorful MTH item from 2000, among the earlier years of MTH.
This tank car is a single dome Tank Car in the classic silver and purple ACL livery--my favorite era of the Atlantic Coast Line. I like how this one is carrying "Diesel Fuel."
Of course, MTH cars are fully compatible with Lionel, Atlas O, K-Line, Marx, Williams, and other three rail O gauge cars.
