Lionel put this out about 20 years ago or so. This is the original Hogwarts release.

CONDITION: C-7. Used but excellent. ENGINE tested and all functions work. Engine has a small cosmetic repair one one side (hard to see); there are a few rubs and paint chips from handling and use. Tender looks great with minimal signs of use.
CARS generally show signs of light use such as a few rubs and bent diaphrams (from sitting in box). To be very picky--there is a factory paint flaw under the body paint visible if you look real hard for it on the 99718 car, and there are some small white scuffs on the 99219.

Transformer works great--has a few light scratches from use.
Track looks new.
BOX shows light wear and has a small puncture on the bottom.
Shipper box is present and also has this puncture.
