You are looking at a super MTH item from Mike's Train House. This is the Boston and Maine steel caboose from 2001 in the desirable and interesting blue livery of the Boston and Maine. This one is in the Premier line, with all the detail of a true 1/48 scale model for three rail.
This car was released in two different car numbers. Make sure you have them both!
Of course, MTH Premier cars are fully compatible with all three rail such as Lionel, Atlas O, K-Line, Williams, Weaver and other three rail O gauge cars.
