Here is a great out of print reference. This is Greenberg's Guide to American Flyer S Gauge Volume 3: SETS published by Greenberg Publishing and authored by Joe Deger. This HARDCOVER volume continues all the great detailed reference work, information, and pictures of volumes 1 and 2.
This book is long out-of-print and is a must for your collector reference library. There is not anything like it on the market today--in fact, there has not been since its publication. You will not find this information in any other source.
It includes detailed set information for all of the catalogued sets of the postwar era, and you will even find some uncatalogued sets listed here and there. It is organized by year.
It also includes some helpful articles with information you need for your set collecting.
But my favorite is the useful appendices that list the sets by engine or type, so you can find sets without having the set number handy. Many other useful and informative appendices as well.

CONDITION: C-7 excellent shape. The hardback cover shows a very little bit of fading. Very small nick on front cover top corner. This book is in fantastic shape--looks to not be written in at all. I would have described it as like new except for the above. All pictured.
