You are looking at a vintage American Flyer flat car with auto loader load. This auto carrier is one of the harder ones to find.
I have a friend who has a whole line of these--an autotrain--and it looks fantastic. I guess you can never have enough!
The New Haven FLAT comes with the plastic truck and trailer carrying the plastic cars.
This one is in its original WHITE box with the factory stamp on the end. It came this way in some sets.

CONDITION: C-7+ some would call C-8 like new. All four steps on flat. Good printing. Nice load. Cars are all great with very minimal wear. Truck and trailer are great. Even has the extra "spare" wheels. Orange car has one factory orange hub cap (versus red). No broken railings.
The BOX is P-6 with the original stamping on one end and some shelfwear, writing, discoloration as you often see on the white boxes.
