Here is a complete Lionel #216 Standard Gauge hopper with operating hatches. Turn the wheel to open the hatches at the bottom. Lionel produced this number starting in 1926 and made until 1938.
This one has a few blemishes, but it is complete and would be a nice piece to operate. The dark green is deep and looks real good overall and is actually a unique standard gauge color for your consist.
There were a few different variations of the 216. These look great in a long line--on the layout!!!
