This is prewar Lionel STANDARD GAUGE passenger car ready to add to the collection or to the passenger car consist.
This is an early 1919-1922 version (Greenberg Type 5) with Type 4 trucks.
It is a dark shade of green--I think dark olive.
Features
- Standard gauge
- Dark Olive
- Window strips, incomplete but largely here
- Type 4 trucks
- Tab and slot style couplers
- COMBINE--baggage/coach
- 26" long
- 1918-1922

CONDITION: C-5. The car is solid. There are lots of rubs, nicks and scratches from playwear. Trucks and couplers are present and are in good shape. Doors don't close perfectly--need adjustment. One bar that attaches truck to chassis is bent making one truck appear taller (will let you adjust). Roof does not fit well; it will need some adjustment to be tight. Some printing still legible. Some of the window strip may be missing or out of place--such as on the celestory. One handrail by door missing. Much--not all--of the window strips IS here. Your call on whether it is a running piece or one for restoration. No box. All pictured.
