As you know, Lionel could not use metal to produce trains during World War 2. So continue the train line (and to be able to continue to advertise it), they produced this amazing cardboard PAPER TRAIN complete with axles and wheels. It is about 43" long when assembled!
THIS one has NEVER been put together. Still has the sealed envelope and the instuctions.
CONDITION: C-8. The outer box does show shelfwear from its 82 years of life: a split corner, some wear, a few rubs. The cards inside are unpunched. A little bit of discoloration on the edge of the track sheet. The envelope is sealed. With original instructions.
