Here is an American Flyer Rock Island Wheel Transport Load flat car with the wheel and axle load. This one is from 1959 and is in great shape.

CONDITION: The car looks nice. Good printing, but it does show some signs of handling with some rubbing in the white. Metal platform is really nice with one small spot of oxidation. All steps. Nice stakes and wheel load. With brakewheel. With a magnifying glass or zoom lens, you can see a hairline crack in the base where the brakewheel fits (shown).
