You are looking at the best of both worlds. This oil drum loader was made exactly like the old American Flyer accessory by Lionel in the early 1980s, from the same molds. It is considered the best of the remakes. This one looks exactly like the old one, with nothing changed, but you can use it without worrying about that old postwar operation or ruining its value by playing with it. In fact, no one will be able to tell the difference once it is on the layout.
And just like the original, you can use it with your S scale American Flyer OR your O gauge anything. This is a great accessory for your freight yard, cargo factory, etc., but it is especially great with oil derricks.
For fast paced, fun action, the Oil Drum Loader is a real winner. You will watch in amazement as the forklift driver maneuvers his vehicle back and forth from the train to the loading ramp with oil drums in tow. A more dedicated worker you will not find!

CONDITION: C-8+ maybe better. Tested and works. Complete. Looks new--I am not sure if it has been used before. With instructions showing age and all the extras you need to operate. BOX shows wear including stains, creases, etc as pictured. Box does have original insert. Pictures show it all.
