You are looking at a nice looking American Flyer 654 Pullman observation. There are a few different versions of this 1940s car. Make sure you have them! This one:

CONDITION: C-6-. Overall looks good, but does have some rubs and splotches on the top, and a hairline scratch on the opposite end from deck near the top, pictured close up for you. I cannot say for sure if it is a scratch or crack, and it is not that noticeable unless you are looking super up close. If you look real close, you might see a drop or two of green layout splatter. No paper decal on observation deck. Hard to see hairline crack on one end near roof. No box.
