You are looking at an American Models SDK 2053 transformer. These are pretty tough to come by these days. While it was produced by American Models for its S gauge line, it can be used with any AC trains such as Lionel, American Flyer, Marx, you name it.
This is a solid transformer with nice throttle control that has lots of steps to give you good variety in speeds, and easy to use bell and whistle/horn buttons.
It is in its original box with instructions!
I really like how it has an on/off switch that so many Flyer transformers and many other AC transformers do not have.
