This is an Aristocraft GEM from the old days. It was already hard to find even before they went out business.

This is the Aristocraft Victorian Barn and Delton Livery Stable KIT. It is a kit that has not been opened. When else will you find this kit, much less all tucked new in the box?

If it is like its assembled version offered a little later, the dimensions could be around 16-1/8" x 14-1/4" x 13-1/2".

As you know, Aristocraft has been out of business for a while. Don't blink on these! They are getting tougher to find, especially in this condition.

CONDITION: C-9 in the box. Box shows some wear. Everything is inside.
