You are looking at a neat modern release of a classic vintage item that has been discontinued for a long time. This is the Bachmann Plasticville Rural Station. These kits literally snap together--very easy to assemble. Skill level 1 to 2. These kits may be painted to add detail, molded in color.
Currently out of production--and not often seen for sale. Grab this one when you see it so you can add some variety in the houses on the layout.
