You are looking at a Lionel postwar original RW transformer. THIS one has been tested here at Lone Star Trains and is ready to play with NOW.
It has enough power to run a small layout all by itself, and there are extra posts for transformers, constant voltage outputs for accessories, and even a way to use one to specifically send constant voltage to your constant voltage plug on your 022 switch.
Note that there are a few variations of this transformer. The early one with the Red L in the top lefthand corner, THIS ONE with UL logo, and one with a UL STICKER. The Red L version available in our other listings if you are fast enough. THIS ONE is the UL LOGO version.
