You are looking at a BIG AC Power Pack from the earlier days of O gauge model roading.
This is the big HOSTLER by Dallee Electronics, a USA based early pioneer in power.
This one says 16 volts, 10 amps. We tested it at 18 volts max.
This unit can run any AC trains including Lionel and American Flyer.
In our service and testing, the remote gave variable voltage. The direction circuit breaker cut power output, which is appropriate to operate a postwar or any electronic E-unit.
Since it is from the 1980s/90s, it is probably best with pre and postwar trains as well as early modern. I would not consider it a replacement for a modern Z-4000 or ZW for your Legacy, TMCC, etc.
CONDITION: C-7. Tested and works great. Used. Remote is missing one of the knobs as pictured. Remote tested and functions work. Bottom feet are a little gooey from age. Case is in a nice shape. No box or instructions.
