A SCARCE ONE!
A good looking speciman
You are looking at a scarce Hafner coal tender from 1932-33.
This one was likely offered with Hafner windups. It is very similar to the American Flyer #120 tender.
Hafner released the 1190 with different road names which makes the 1190 a very collectible tender. However, the Southern Pacific version is the scarcest. This one features that great SP logo with the "Sunset, Ogden & Shasta Route" logo.
- Hafner #1190
- Similar to American Flyer 120 style
- Three rail O / 027
- Likely went with clockwork or windup
- BLACK version
- 1932-33
Check the shelf--do you have this one?
