You are looking at a special HO scale building kit.
This kit makes the 1861 Fire Station from Nevada City, California. It is a classic fire station you gotta have!
This kit is old and the paper shows some wear as described below. We have been through it, and the best we can tell, it is complete.
CONDITION: C-7. Looks complete. All is shown for you. Some age related yellowing. Box shows wear in the form of discoloration, stains and shelfwear. Pictures show it all. Pictures are part of the description.
