SUPER SCARCE! Hard to find this car any cleaner.
You are looking at a scarce woodside reefer made in classic Lionel decoration by the Hudson Products Company. In the 1980s and 1990s, there were a few companies catering to the hungry collector market looking for anything and everything they did not already have. Hudson products made things like a 700e Hudson among others. THIS car is an often overlooked item that they produced in limited quantity in the 1980s.
As you can see, it is a standard Lionel woodside reefer of the era with very high quality artwork applied to the sides. These panels are a thick quality sticker or paper that are well cut and placed by Hudson Products. If you look very closely, you can see the edges, but generally speaking, it is well done.
The car features a fantastic Lionel Heritage design. It comes in the original Hudson Products box for this car. Would look great in your collection, and is certainly one of those things you rarely see.
CONDITION: C-8 looks like new. The BOX is in generally P-7 excellent shape, but it DOES have a crease or two. Scroll down into the listing to see many more pictures. And don't forget to supersize them to see it all.
