Here is a wooden crossing that I believe was a table or convention favor at the National Model Railroad Association's 1980 Convention hosted by the Pacific Coast Region. From what I understand, somewhere around 900 members attended this convention that was held in or around Disneyland in Anaheim, California. Most of those attended the banquet.

I believe this wooden crossing sign may have been a table favor, prize, or souvenir at the banquet or some other event that week. The sign may be G gauge, but of course you can do whatever you like with it!

Features:

  • 15" Tall
  • 6" wide
  • Handwritten Convention info
  • Painted white
  • Made of wood

CONDITION: C-7. Wooden crossing painted with handwritten signage. Apperars complete and unbroken. Paint shows a little wear.

This is a wonderful collector's item from a classic NMRA Convention. Wouldn't it look great in the train room?
