You are looking at a Lionel bumper from the 1940s. This is a clean die cast illuminated bumper, made 1940-42 and 1946-47. Has a nice nickel lamp housing. It is big and heavy duty.

When your train hits the bumper, your trolley or gang car will reverse direction. OR you can put them at the end of the line in your trainyard. It lights up red on top.

CONDITION: C-7 clean and working. Tested and works. A little bit of oxidation on the nickel cover. Bulbs show paint wear. Can supply extra bulbs.
