A VERY DESIRABLE ADD ON CAR FOR THE MOST DESIRABLE PASSENGER SET OUT THERE
Here is the add on OLBERS BAGGAGE CAR for your Lionel Corporation Blue Comet passenger set. Every passenger train needs at least one baggage car. This car has brass trim with some nickel such as the stanchions.
This is the 2010 EXTRA car release to go with the three passenger cars for the famous Blue Comet steam engine, the 400e, in Blue. This car and the set was released in the Lionel Corporation series, the limited time MTH-Lionel joint company which came in these fantastic prewar-esque nostalgic boxes.Â
It was released in a nickel trim and in a brass trim. THIS ONE IS THE BRASS TRIM with some Nickel as pictured and noted.Â
It would be a great addition to your Lionel Corporation Blue Comet set or any other Blue Comet. Your Blue Comet is not complete without it!

CONDITION: C-8. Like new. Looks like new--would be hard to tell that it was ever out of the box except for the slight middle rail shadow on the rollers, pictured. If you look real super up close, you can see one brass plate has a small area of tint/color change. Under the removable roof, there is some top edge paint rub. With original box and shipper. Box is P-8 like new or better. The shipper shows typical wear with writing, tape, etc. ALL PICTURED.
