You are looking at an original Lionel 214R that has been repainted/restored. This is Lionel Standard Gauge #200 series feight car, number 214R, the ivory and peacock with brass trim version.
This one is the best of both worlds--the real deal from the prewar era, but restored to look really nice.
Use it with any standard gauge, and it will be right at home. You can run it with the original or add it to the MTH tinplate cars you have.

CONDITION: C-7 Looks GREAT. Very nice repaint with original trim and a few repro trim pieces. If you looks real close, you can see a little bit of oxidation and some very small darker rubs along the side. Roof and bottom have texture under the paint in places. No box.
